Web2APK AI offers a pre-signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for all paid customers. It covers the customary terms: roles (controller / processor), security obligations, sub-processor notifications, audit rights, and international transfer mechanisms (SCCs).
To request the DPA, email privacy@web2apk.ai with your account email and entity name. We'll send back a PDF for counter-signature within one business day.
