Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Web2APK AI platform (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What you can build

You may use the Service to wrap web applications you own or have the right to distribute. You may not build APKs that violate Google Play policies, infringe intellectual property, contain malware, scrape content without permission, or impersonate others.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the build. Once generated, APK/AAB outputs belong to you and you may distribute them through any channel, including Google Play.

4. Acceptable use

• No abuse, automated scraping, or rate-limit circumvention.
• No attempts to exfiltrate other tenants' data.
• No reverse-engineering the build infrastructure.
• No illegal, harmful, or harassing content in your apps.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are pro-rated only for service outages exceeding the SLA.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that generated APKs will be approved by Google Play, function on every device, or remain compatible with future Android versions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination we delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
